Do not teleto a player in a monster zone to take supplies or any other items.

Thats not what a staff is supose to do. Its not that kind of help they are supose to provide. I mean that you need to kill 20 zammy wizards for a reason, thats why if you are out you have to kill them again, its unfair if you could resupply when there are no banks there.
