Whycant i download v1.6?

Help me out here. i click it, says "Starting Download" then Stops then thing pops up about virus attack i think its a prank joke but still it wont download :S

try reboting your computer then if it doesnt work then idk

might be that it has a file not a virus but ur antvirus dsnt trust it,,?
